These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 92pka platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets or wagers.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 92pka platform available at 92pka.net (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 92pka Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of any revised Terms published by 92pka.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and remain met for the duration of your use of the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 92pka Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, devices, payment methods, or identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, with any balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.
During registration and before the processing of any withdrawal, 92pka will conduct identity verification ("KYC") procedures. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and promptly update that information if it changes. 92pka reserves the right to request supporting documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any stage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 92pka will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 92pka support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All transactions on the 92pka Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 92pka does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits, but your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own charges for which 92pka accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case 92pka will contact you to arrange an alternative. All withdrawals are subject to completed identity verification. 92pka reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation.
Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. In the event of insolvency, user funds are prioritised in accordance with applicable regulations.
All bets placed on the 92pka sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules for each sport and market type, as published on the Platform. Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches — is governed by the cricket-specific rules available in the Help section. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that bet.
92pka reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error ("palpable error"), or placed in circumstances suggesting advantage play, abuse, or fraudulent activity. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the user's account.
Casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, and RNG table games — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. RTP figures and house edges are disclosed in game paytables. Results of live dealer games are determined by physical cards and wheels observed in real time; results of RNG games are determined by certified random number generators.
92pka operates a single-wallet system. A single balance is shared across all product sections — sportsbook, casino, arcade, and slots. There is no requirement to transfer funds between separate wallets.
From time to time, 92pka may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms"), which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless Promotion Terms expressly state otherwise: (a) bonuses may not be withdrawn directly and must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements; (b) bonuses are issued to one account per household, device, and payment method; (c) 92pka reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if abuse or exploitation is suspected; and (d) the combination of multiple promotions is not permitted unless explicitly stated.
Bonuses expire as specified in their Promotion Terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited. Winnings generated from expired bonuses are also forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pka Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the 92pka Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 92pka or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 92pka.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pka, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or system failure.
92pka's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92pka does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur without prior notice.
92pka reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, 92pka may withhold or forfeit the account balance pending investigation. If no breach is found following investigation, undisputed withdrawable funds will be returned to the User via the original payment method.
Users may request closure of their own accounts at any time by contacting support. Self-requested account closures are processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding balance withdrawals are processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Users acknowledge that the laws governing online gambling vary by jurisdiction and agree that they are solely responsible for their own legal compliance.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 92pka Platform, you agree to first contact 92pka support in writing to attempt resolution informally. 92pka will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
92pka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file no fewer than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the 92pka Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
